Refunds

Australian Consumer Law gives you rights we cannot take away, including remedies if the product is faulty or not as described. Everything below sits on top of those rights, never instead of them.

• Before the research run starts: draft position: full refund on request, no questions asked.
• After the research run: under review. The research run is where almost all of our real cost sits, so the draft position is case-by-case; tell us what went wrong and we will be fair about it.

Cancel anytime; cancelling stops future charges. Whether a part-used month is refunded is under review. Everything the family built stays readable after cancelling.
